At LA DOS, we want you to feel confident when ordering from us. If something isn’t quite right, you may return your order within 14 days after receiving it.

Return Period

Customers may return their order within 14 days of delivery.

Easy Returns

To make the return process as smooth as possible, a return label is included with every order. Customers need to use this label to send this package back

Size Exchanges

Because our products are sold as coordinated sets, it is only possible to exchange individual items for a different size.

This means you may exchange:

only the shorts
only the shirt
or the complete set

Please note:
Individual items cannot be refunded separately. Refunds are only available when returning the complete set. Single-item returns are eligible for size exchange only.

Return Conditions

Returned items must:

be unworn and unused
be in original condition
include original packaging and labels
show no signs of wear, washing, damage, or fragrance

LA DOS reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, the refund will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear depending on your payment provider.
